Jakarta, 6-7 November 2024 – EDGE DC, in collaboration with Indonet and Digital Edge, had the privilege of participating in this year’s Peering Asia 6.0, held over two engaging days at the Raffles Luxury Hotel in Jakarta. This annual neutral peering forum, supported by the Asia Pacific Internet Exchange (APIX), serves as a vital platform to foster peering and interconnection across the Asia Pacific region, promoting collaboration among industry leaders.

The event was attended by a diverse audience of local and international Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Content Delivery Networks (CDNs), cloud providers, and various stakeholders in the internet ecosystem. Attendees engaged in a dynamic range of activities, including peering meetings, insightful conference talks, interactive exhibitions, and private sessions, all meticulously designed to facilitate networking and collaboration.

Our team was actively involved in discussions centered around peering and interconnection, sharing insights and exploring potential partnerships. We were thrilled to host a booth that not only attracted visitors with exciting prizes but also provided an opportunity to showcase our cutting-edge data centers—EDGE1 and EDGE2. These facilities exemplify our commitment to sustainable practices and innovative technology, positioning us as leaders in the industry.

In addition to our data centers, we introduced our Edge Peering Internet Exchange (EPIX), a trusted carrier-neutral internet exchange point (IXP) relied upon by over 50 ISPs.
